The kayak is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. The consignee is responsible for arranging and covering all costs associated with the return, including shipping, customs duties, taxes, and any other applicable fees.

Contact our Customer Support Team: Initiate the return process by contacting our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving the kayak. Provide your order details and reasons for the return. b. Packaging: Pack the kayak securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. d. Shipping: You must arrange and cover the cost of shipping of the kayak back to the designated return address at DSK Mothership in South Africa. Ensure that the kayak is properly insured and tracked during transit.
